I have received massage services from Brian for about three years. I am so grateful for having him as a member of my Self Care team! When life gets so busy, Brian is always there to remind me to refocus and take the time I need to restore, relax, and rejuvenate myself. Thank you, Brian for your impeccable customer service!
My experience with Brian has been a very positive one. Prior to my first acupuncture treatment with Brian, I had frequent anxiety and panic attacks. For 8 years prior to finding Brian, I had been on and off of 3-4 different medications with little anxiety relief and with side effects. I would often get panic attacks and had generalized anxiety on a daily basis. The first time I met with Brian, I was shaking I was so anxious but he listened to all of my concerns and created an individualized treatment plan. I went home that evening and noticed an immediate improvement. I felt less anxious! He is a very calm, kind, and skilled practitioner. I feel he truly cares for his clients and their well being. As of today, I have been off of ALL anxiety medications since working with Brian!
I am so fortunate to have found Brian. Before I came to him, I had such bad carpal tunnel that I could hardly hold a glass without dropping it. Not to mention the pain. Through a combination of massage, exercise and acupuncture… I am so much improved. I have avoided surgery through his efforts and have reduced my discomfort considerably. He is compassionate and truly is committed to condition management as well as improving overall health. He even curbed my sweet tooth with acupuncture!! He is a miracle worker!
After 16 years I decided to go back to marathon running at the age of 66. No sooner had I signed up for the event, than I suffered a herniated disk in my lower back. Brian, who was my regular massage therapist, suggested that I try acupuncture. Within a few weeks I was back running, biking, playing golf, swimming and practicing yoga again. I completed the marathon several minutes under my set goal. Thanks to Brian’s skills of acupuncture and massage therapy, along with his personal interest and training advice, I plan to run yet another marathon this fall.
Brian has developed a passion for helping others to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve the quality of life through the connection of the physical and the philosophical.

His passion for helping others began at an early age on his family farm in Kansas where he developed his strong work ethic on the farm and football fields. However, it was his connection to the earth as well as his philosophy and religious studies at Washburn University (Topeka, Kansas) in which he has a B.A., which deepened his philosophical belief in ancient practices and astrology. Brian teaches Chinese Astrology classes and gives readings, which give his clients a different perspective on how to define their world and health journey through the ancient astrology system.
